This is one of the most impressive tenor ukuleles out there in the under $300 price range. The solid cedar top gives this instrument a rich, loud, and very warm tone. If you are looking for a uke that has a slightly more "guitaristic" flavor to it, this is the one. The Kala KATP-CTG has a little more low frequency punch than most, with a bright and focused top end that gives it a very satisfying balance.
Solic cedar top, acacia back and sides, and a padauk binding and rosette make this a handsome little devil as well!
After our 16 point set-up process this ukulele will sound and feel amazing.

Excellent Ukulele!

I saw this being used by Brett McQueen of Club Ukulele, and I though it was beautiful. I'm far from a great player, but I like beautiful ukes.
When I received this, I was impressed by the fit and finish and sound. It's a great uke for a reasonable price, and it looks fantastic. Also, the setup done by Fan Guitar assures me that it will play correctly.
